The mortgage contingency and the home inspection contingency are the 2 most common ones. Other contingencies frequently included are for termites and other pests, radon, asbestos, integrity of the septic system, and well water. (Occasionally other contingencies may be included.)

The dates that these are to be met by are stated in the contract (usually within 7-14 days), and we'll give you names of local contractors in your area to do repairs if you and the buyer agree on what will be fixed. Both your attorney and our team will advise you on any requests made by the buyer for repairs.
