Flat Fee MLS Listing...Expect A Sale!

We believe you should get your supplies from the local broker,or Order Online for less than what you are paying other online companies for their supplies. When you order Flat Fee MLS, some national internet companies will offer to ship their own low-quality sign with their information on it to promote their company, plus a low end, inexpensive lockbox and other items to help you sell. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all for real estate supplies, as different areas of the country have their own (usually better quality) preferences. Many states require you use the local Broker's sign, and most local Brokers will not allow the internet company's sign on their listing. In addition, the internet company usually doesn't ship these supplies until you are officially listed, taking up to 2 weeks to arrive. Buyer Agents will want to show your listing much before that!

Once you have ordered the Flat Fee MLS service through us, we will have your local Broker contact you to get the paperwork filled out. He/she will tell you what supplies are offered, and if they are free or for a fee. You can then determine if you want to order online or use the broker's supplies.

  • Sign
    You want buyers and Buyer Agents to feel comfortable calling about your home. If available, use the Broker's realty sign, giving a professional presence which tells Buyer Agents that you will pay a co-broke commission to them thru a local company licensed in your state.
  • Lockbox
    While not required, a lockbox can increase your showings. Busy agents need easy access to your home or they will move on to the next listing. Make sure you get the lockbox they are used to from your local Broker, or order a combination one.
  • Brochure Box
    Have information available for interested buyers.
